Have you ever been made to feel like a nobody?  Have you ever tried to crack into a group of peers only to be made to feel like you don't belong?  Have you ever felt insecure about yourself because of the actions of others?  your own actions?  There are alot of us who spend alot of our time trying to be somebody, and all the while we really feel like a nobody.  Tonight we talked about Ephesians 2:10- "You are Gods Workmanship created in Christ Jesus for good works..."  The reality is that we are all Somebody.  God has gone to alot of trouble to let us know that we are somebody.  We are created in the image of God, we are Gods workmanship, and we are all gifted in a way that God sees fit.  We all have a place in the body of Christ and we all have a role. God has designed it to be that way.  If we think of ourselves as nobodies and ignore the role that God has given us, the body suffers for it. 

     We took a spiritual gift assessment to help us begin to place ourselves in the Body,  it is a step forward in understanding how God created us and it will give us an idea of where to serve in the church.  It was a good night, Worship was engaging and we played a competitive game of butt soccer.  That may sound wierd but it just means you have to be on your butt, and normal soccer rules apply. 

This Friday is our progressive dinner, that should be fun!
